As Intro30 grows in the US we are looking for 2 Business Development Leaders to spearhead this growth and represent Intro30 as the Future of Recruitment.

Ideally from a recruiting background you understand the industry and are able to pinpoint the frustrations of businesses looking to hire great candidates but who are wasting time and money on fruitless recruitment methodologies.

You’ll be able to position Intro30 as the solution to their frustrations, and as a fun and efficient way to find great people.

You’ll work remotely, from anywhere, and work with businesses to help them launch their profiles on Intro30.

You'll work on commission and equity.

Your mission will be to identify business deals by contacting potential customers and exploring opportunities, lead management, social media and marketing programs, networking and cold calling.


Main responsibilities for this position are:

Outreach to people via phone and e-mail.

Effectively introduce and represent

Accurately process leads, profiles and appointments.

Schedule and make follow up calls.

Work closely with the founding team and larger global marketing team


Desired Skills & Experience:

Inside sales or BDR experience – recruitment, software sales or high-tech products and services a distinct advantage

Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English (other European languages will be a plus).

Good conversation and people skills via telephone or e-mail, with a sales spin.

Good foundation to understand and learn IT technologies and enterprise information infrastructure.

Ability to quickly understand and carry out oral and written directions. Ability to be tactful and a good listener. Respect for discretion and confidentiality.

Organized, disciplined, and efficient.

Ability to work independently, remotely and multi-tasker.

Ability to learn quickly and to problem-solve on the fly.

Must genuinely care about people and have a strong desire to problem-solve.
