About The Role CrowdStrike is seeking a Creative Services Coordinator to join our Creative Services team. This role will report to the Director, Integrated Production and requires a “jack-of-all-trades” whose ultimate goal is to produce the highest quality work; on time and in budget. Duties for this role include: • Support of day-to-day production operations: project tracking, scheduling, asset inventory, resource allocation, vendor relations and general comms • Work closely with Designers, Managers and Creative Director to maintain and update templates/style guides on a regular basis, and suggest when new templates, systems or protocols need to be created • Collaborate with our cross-functional team on a variety of projects including, but not limited to: digital/display, social, print, OOH, video, events, experiential/interactive, web services and e-commerce • Maintain project tracking system (Asana) by developing file naming protocols, contact sheets, file size management and organization on our internal server (Dropbox, Box) • Assist in the rollout of international campaigns, translations and creative assets A successful candidate must have excellent communications skills, a willingness to learn, and a background in project management/production. As deadlines often fluctuate, the right candidate should be one who can easily manage a fluid communications process and have the ability to think critically, creatively and collaboratively. Agency experience is a plus. This role is targeting candidates remotely in Los Angeles, CA.
